• 1. Distal ulna abducts
  
• 2. Proximal ulna glides medially
  
• 3. Proximal ulna PUSHES radius inferiorly
  
• 4. Radius pushes wrist medially
  
• 5. Wrist is ADDUCTED

ADduction of the Ulna

• 1. Distal ulna adducts
  
• 2. Proximal ulna glides laterally
  
• 3. Proximal ulna PULLS radius superiorly
  
• 4. Radius pulls wrist laterally
  
• 5. Wrist is ABDUCTED
