  • 2. fluconazole
    
  • 3. itraconazole
    
  • 4. ketoconazole
• Fluconazole Resistant:
  • itraconazole and amph B
• Thrush Treatment:
  • Nystatin tablets or oral suspension
    
  • Systemic = fluconazole

Tinea

• Tinea Corporis Treatment:
  • topicals
    
  • miconazole or clotrimazole
• Tinea Cruris Treatment:
  • drying miconazole powder
• Tinea manuum and pedis Treatment:
  • aluminum subacetate and topical imidazoles

Tinea versicolor

• Treatment:
  • selenium sulfide + ketoconazole shampoo + oral azole

Onychomycosis

• Treatment:
  • Terbinafine – 1st line systemic therapy
